If you will have internet and TV services there is a monthly charge for that, and so is for electricity, gas, and water which are charged by the meter. It is advised you get yourself a home insurance policy the cost of which depends on the value of the home. When buying existing homes \u2013 the figure you are getting should be either from the Arnona bill or from the land registry office forms (Tabu).
